How do I post a review for a provider on your website?
We invite our customers to submit a review one week after returning home from your trip. This invitation will be received at the email address used to purchase the policy. We ask you to grade your overall experience with the insurance provider before, during and after their trip.
At this time, if you have filed a claim, and it has not yet been closed, you will receive a claims review request five weeks after returning home from your trip to rate your claims processing experience.
If you would prefer not to receive the review email, you can deselect the check box on the purchase page, which states: “Squaremouth may send a request to allow me to rate and review my experience.” Additionally, if you originally chose to not receive the review email and would like to submit a review, please contact us and we will send your review invitation.
