If you wish to cancel your policy, you can do so by contacting your travel insurance provider directly.

The contact information for every provider can be seen on our provider page. It will also be located in your policy confirmation email.

Most travel insurance policies come with a Money Back Guarantee, which allows travelers to cancel their policy for a refund of the premium. Generally, this must be done within 10 and 14 days from the day the policy is purchased. Some providers will provide a pro-rated refund or credit towards a future trip if you cancel your policy after the Money Back Guarantee.
